Receptionist

If you have a passion for working with animals and people then this position is for you! Our Receptionist team consists of individuals who are respectful, outgoing, and demonstrate excellent customer service skills. Receptionists are responsible for welcoming rambunctious puppies and nervous first-timers to our facility by utilizing positive reinforcement and safe handling techniques to safely bring pets to and from our lobby area. Receptionists will learn our computer program to efficiently check pets in and out and create reservations, answer our multi-line phone system, provide tours of the facility, and be available to answer questions. The perfect candidate for this position is detail-oriented, a problem solver, efficient with their time, enjoys assisting customers and their pets, and does not fret with cleaning up after our four-legged guests as needed. This is not your typical receptionist position -- plan to be on your feet bringing pets to and from various areas of the facility, running back and forth to communicate with our Animal Care Handlers, and cleaning up messes when they happen. This is a fast-paced position that relies heavily on team involvement!
